Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your cancellation terms depend on the rate plan you book. The exact deadline is always written in your booking confirmation.

Flexible rates

• Free cancellation or changes until the deadline stated in your confirmation.
• After the deadline, or if you do not arrive, the first night is charged.

Non-refundable rates

• Paid in full at booking.
• Cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.

Groups and events

• A deposit of 30–50% secures the date; the balance is due before the event.
• Cancellation terms for groups and events are set out in your signed proposal.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7–14 working days depending on your bank.
