How our reviews work
- After check-out, guests receive a private feedback link by email or WhatsApp.
- Only guests with a completed stay can have a review published here.
- A guest relations manager reads every review. We do not hide a review because it is negative; we reply to it.
- Reviews are removed only for spam, offensive language or personal information.
