Seacrest Hotels & Resorts ("Seacrest", "we") operates hotels in Karachi and Islamabad, Pakistan, and the website seacresthotels.com. We respect your privacy and follow internationally recognised data protection practice, including the principles of the EU and UK GDPR, for all guests.

What we collect

• Booking and inquiry details you send us: name, email, mobile number, country, stay dates, guest numbers and requests.
• Feedback you choose to share after your stay.
• At check-in, the identity documents required by Pakistani law. We never ask for CNIC or passport numbers on this website.

This website does not store your form entries. When you press a "Send via WhatsApp" button, your message is passed to WhatsApp on your device and you choose whether to send it.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions and manage your reservation.
• To meet legal, tax and security obligations.
• To improve our service from your feedback.
• To send offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the hotel (for example our reservation system, payment provider and messaging services), under agreements that require them to protect it, and authorities where the law requires. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking records: 7 years for tax purposes. Inquiries: 2 years. Feedback: 3 years. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Payments

Card details are never entered on or stored by this website. Payments are taken through licensed payment providers' secure pages or at the hotel.

Your rights
