Booking requests

A request sent through this website is not a confirmed booking. Your reservation is confirmed only when our reservations team sends you a written confirmation with a booking reference, price and cancellation terms.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Government taxes and service charges are shown separately before you confirm. Any foreign-currency figure we quote is approximate; you are charged in PKR unless agreed otherwise.

Check-in

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. All adult guests must show valid identification: CNIC for Pakistani nationals, passport and visa for foreign nationals. We may refuse check-in if valid ID is not presented.

Guest conduct

We ask guests to respect other guests, staff and hotel property. Damage caused by a guest may be charged to the booking. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
